Refrigeration principle
The water cooled by the chiller is pumped to the heat exchanger (separated in the middle, with one side of water and one side of tank solution), while the tank solution in the electroplating tank is pumped to the heat exchanger through an acid and alkali resistant water pump. The two liquids are cooled through the transfer process in the heat exchanger, and the cooled tank solution flows back to the electroplating tank through the pipeline. At the same time, the hot water after heat exchange also flows back to the water tank through the pipeline, completing a cycle of work.
