Purpose: Mainly used in the tire retreading industry for tire tread vulcanization molding and other production processes that require high temperature and high pressure rubber product compression molding. The form of compression is upward pressure. (2) This machine is equipped with high and low pressure oil pumps, which are directly driven by an electric motor. The electric motor is started by a magnetic starter and is equipped with a thermal relay as overload protection. When the electric motor is overloaded or encounters a fault, it will automatically stop working. (3) This machine has functions such as automatic pressure compensation, automatic exhaust, vulcanization digital timer, and automatic mold opening. It can automatically complete one working cycle from "mold closing up - automatic exhaust - vulcanization timing - mold opening down".
