The cutting part of the machine clamp type internal cooling drill bit is completely ground from the whole cemented carbide, and its shape is basically the same as that of the traditional Fried Dough Twists drill. It is centered with the drill pipe by the central pin and fixed with the wedge screw. It can be easily and quickly replaced with the head cutting part like other indexable drill bits. The same specification of drill rod can be installed with five different diameters of heads, making the product more flexible in various applications. This product series can process aperture ranges from ф 8 to ф 50.4 or British ф 0.315 "to ф 2", with a spacing of 0.1 millimeters between each level.
