Drainage pipe fittingsUsually set along the corner of the bathroom wall, holes should be reserved when passing through the floor slab. The distance between the riser and the wall, as well as the size of the reserved holes in the floor slab, should be reserved according to design requirements or relevant regulations.
matters needing attention:
(1) When installing the riser, first align the pipe section with the lower socket and insert the pipe end. Do not shake or squeeze in, and apply even force. Pay attention to aligning the three-way port, also known as the swing port, with the direction of the horizontal pipe.
(2) Immediately fix the riser after installation and block the riser opening with fine aggregate concrete not lower than the floor grade.
(3) The distance between the outer side of the riser socket and the decorative surface should be controlled at 20-50mm. An inspection port should be set every 10m on the riser. If there is a B-shaped tube, an inspection port should be set up on the upper part of the B-shaped tube on that floor. The distance between the center of the inspection port and the ground is 1m, with a permissible deviation of ± 20mm, and should be 150mm higher than the upper edge of the sanitary ware on that floor. The orientation of the inspection port should be convenient for maintenance, and the gasket for the inspection port cover is generally made of rubber sheet with a thickness of not less than 3mm.
(4) When installing the riser, be sure to align the direction of the tee with the direction of the horizontal pipe to avoid affecting the installation quality due to the deviation of the tee during installation. The height of the three-way port should be determined based on the length and slope of the horizontal pipe. The clear distance between the three-way port and the floor slab shall not be less than 250mm, but not greater than 450mm.
(5) The general pipe that extends upward from the roof surface is called a vent pipe. Ventilation pipes should not be connected to air ducts or flues, and should not be placed under eaves or balconies. They should be at least 0.3m above the roof and should be greater than the maximum snow thickness. For flat roofs where people often stay, the ventilation pipe should be 2m higher than the roof. If there are doors and windows within 4m of the ventilation pipe, it should be 600mm higher than the top of the window or lead to the side without doors and windows. A wire mesh cover or breathable cap should be added to the outlet of the ventilation pipe. After the installation of the ventilation pipe, waterproof treatment should be carried out at the contact between the pipe and the roof.
(6) After the installation of the riser is completed, cooperate with the civil engineering to fill and block the hole with concrete not lower than the floor grade, and remove the temporary support. If it is a pipeline in a high-rise building or pipe well, steel should be used as a fixed support according to the design requirements.
