1、 Product Introduction
During the granulation or coating process of a boiling granulator, liquid is added to the system through a pneumatic atomizing nozzle. There are multiple nozzle installation ports on the expansion chamber, and the height of the nozzles can be adjusted. During the granulation process, in order to ensure the uniform distribution of particles, the spraying range of the spray gun should be in line with the range of material fluidization. During the coating process, the position of the spray gun should be adjusted so that the distance between the sprayed liquid and the encapsulated particles is reduced to the bottom, so that the droplets can spread well on the surface of the particles and form a uniform film.

The top spraying device consists of a conical material tank and an expansion chamber. Due to the conical shape of the material trough, the trough walls have a certain angle, ensuring a strong fluidization state of the material inside the trough. The incoming airflow drives the material in the hopper to move upwards and enter the expansion chamber. Due to the larger diameter of the expansion chamber compared to the diameter of the trough, the air flow velocity is lower than that in the trough, and the fluidization state of the material in the expansion chamber is not as intense as that in the trough. When the gravity of the material overcomes the downward thrust of the incoming airflow, the material falls and returns to the hopper. Throughout the production process, the material moves back and forth in the hopper and expansion chamber.

Fluidized bed is a very good drying equipment. During the fluidization process, particles are suspended in the air, and the surface of the particles comes into contact with hot air, achieving an ideal heat exchange state. This ensures that the particles are heated evenly, and excess water can evaporate evenly, preventing local overheating. When the material temperature slightly exceeds room temperature, a higher inlet air temperature can be used to accelerate the drying speed.
