This instrument is suitable for a wide range of fields, including humidity measurement of air, nitrogen, inert gases, and any gas that does not contain corrosive media. It is particularly suitable for humidity measurement of SF6 gas and can be used by departments such as power, petrochemicals, metallurgy, environmental protection, and research institutes, with excellent cost-effectiveness.

1. Connect the SF6 equipment to the threaded end of the measuring pipeline and the switch joint, tighten with a wrench, and close the needle valve on the other end of the measuring pipeline; Insert one end of the quick connector on the testing pipeline into the sampling port on the dew point meter; Connect the exhaust pipe to the air outlet. *Connect the switch connector to the SF6 electrical equipment measurement interface and tighten it with a wrench.

2. It is recommended to prioritize the use of alternating current for checking the dew point and micro water analysis of electricity. When using DC power, please check the battery level displayed in the upper right corner. If the battery level is below about 20%, please turn off and charge before continuing to use.

3. To start the measurement, first open all the flow valves on the panel, then use a gauge to measure the needle valve on the pipeline to adjust the flow rate to around 0.6L/m, and start measuring the SF6 dew point. **The measurement time for the equipment is about 5-10 minutes, followed by 3-5 minutes for each device.

4. After the measurement of the data storage device is completed, the data can be saved in the instrument. Press the "OK" button to bring up the operation menu. The specific operation method is described in the next section.

5. After measuring other equipment, close the needle valve on the measuring pipeline and the regulating valve on the dew point meter. Remove the adapter from the SF6 electrical equipment. If you need to continue measuring other devices, please do not turn off the instrument power and follow the steps above to continue measuring the next device.

6. After the measurement of all devices is completed, turn off the power of the dew point meter.
