In terms of the internal configuration of the integrated temperature controller, the unit not only has electric heating components, but also compression refrigeration components. The integrated cold and hot temperature controller has a wide range of temperature control capabilities. If thermal oil is used as the heat transfer medium, the high temperature of the dual-purpose temperature controller can reach 350 ℃, and the low temperature can reach minus 120 ℃. It can achieve a large range of temperature changes without replacing the heat transfer medium. The use of integrated cold and hot temperature control machines is very common in the chemical reaction and material testing industries, which can meet the needs of different production processes.

The integrated cold and hot temperature controller is composed of thermal oil, circulation pump, heating tube, cooling heat exchanger, refrigeration system, temperature control system, pipeline and frame. Thermal oil flows between the heat medium pipeline of the unit and the heat exchanger of the temperature controlled equipment, such as the flow channel of the mold, the hot runner inside the roller, and the reaction kettle

The basic circuit of the thermal medium is composed of jacket or coil, circulating pump, heat transfer oil pipeline, heating device, and cooling device.

Under normal circumstances, the heat transfer oil in the integrated temperature control machine is continuously pumped out by the oil pump, becoming a fluid with kinetic energy. The heat transfer oil flows through the heater, cooling device, and reaches the temperature controlled equipment. After heat exchange with the temperature controlled equipment, it flows back into the unit and enters the next cycle.
