The ball and valve seat of the slag lock bucket valve are completely sealed with metal to metal. In order to ensure reliable sealing of the valve under various temperatures and pressures, various advanced hardening technologies for the ball and valve seat can be used according to the different usage conditions and requirements of users, including supersonic spraying, nickel based alloy spraying welding, surface special hardening, hard alloy spraying welding, and the use of high-strength and high hardness ceramic materials. The surface hardness of the ball and valve seat can generally reach HRC75 or above, and the highest can reach HRC90 or above. The inlet and outlet are made of diamond wear-resistant alloy. The sealing surface material not only has properties such as temperature resistance, friction resistance, and impact resistance. The slag lock bucket valve can be applied to the vast majority of harsh working conditions. Dual blocking and releasing function

The slag lock bucket valve generally adopts a ball valve front seat sealing structure. The two valve seats of the slag lock bucket valve can independently cut off the medium at the inlet and outlet ends, achieving dual blocking function. When the ball valve is closed, even if both the inlet and outlet of the valve are under pressure at the same time, the channels in the valve and at both ends can be blocked from each other, and the remaining medium in the middle chamber can be discharged through the relief valve. The slag lock bucket valve adopts a ball back seat sealing structure. Generally, one-way sealing is used and the flow direction is marked on the valve body. If the user has special process technology requirements, a proprietary technology structure with bidirectional sealing can be used to lock the slag and bucket valve.

Anti clogging technology solution

A precise reverse blowing device is designed on the upper half of the feed inlet of the slag lock hopper valve for online reverse blowing of ash, slag, and slurry. A proprietary technology double-sided soft scraper is designed and configured at the lower end of the slag lock hopper valve inlet, which can smoothly remove ash, slag, and slurry. A relief valve is installed at the bottom of the slag lock hopper valve, and the valve chamber is cleaned regularly to ensure zero leakage, no scaling, no adhesion, no coking, and no condensation inside the valve chamber, so as to maintain high-performance online operation and measurement of the slag lock hopper valve at all times.

6、 Structural Function

The thermal expansion of components at high temperatures can be absorbed by the disc springs or springs, so it can ensure that the valve remains within the set constant temperature range at high temperatures without being stuck, and can be flexibly opened and closed continuously at high temperatures.
