Clark flowmeter has high measurement accuracy, small size, light weight, low vibration noise during operation, and can measure fluids with viscosity up to 10000 (Pa. s); Its measurement accuracy is ± 0.3% R (>21cSt); Pressure resistance of 315 bar, up to 700 bar; -30 ℃~210 ℃ (with independent preamplifier above 100 ℃); The VS series gear flowmeter body material is divided into two types: cast iron material and stainless steel material. The temperature of cast iron material ranges from -40 to 120 degrees; Stainless steel material ranges from -40 to 210 degrees, and most stainless steel materials are explosion-proof flow meters, making it a very cost-effective product. Customers can choose their own suitable gear flowmeter based on the on-site situation; The EF series aluminum gear flowmeter has a measurement accuracy of ± 2% R. It is an economical gear flowmeter with a temperature range of 0-80 ℃; The VHM series gear flowmeter is mainly made of stainless steel, with a measurement accuracy of ± 0.5% R, and is suitable for extremely dangerous situations.

Application of Clark flowmeter:


1. In the production of the petroleum industry, flow measurement runs through the entire process from oil extraction, transportation, refining and processing to trade and sales. Any link cannot be separated from flow measurement, otherwise the normal production and trade exchanges of the petroleum industry cannot be guaranteed.


2. In the chemical industry, inaccurate flow measurement can cause an imbalance in the distribution ratio of chemical components, which cannot guarantee product quality and can even lead to production safety accidents.


3. In the production of the power industry, the measurement and regulation of the flow rate of liquids, gases, steam and other media play an important role.
