The Synchro Power distribution comprehensive monitoring system realizes intelligent operation monitoring of the entire process of "telemetry, remote signaling, remote adjustment, remote control, and remote vision", providing intelligent monitoring means for users to establish unmanned and efficient power distribution management.

Synchro Power - System Objectives

(1) The online monitoring system for energy consumption of key energy consuming units adopts the architecture of "national platform+provincial platform+key energy consuming unit access end system". The energy consumption monitoring data of key energy consuming units is uploaded to the provincial platform, and then uploaded to the national platform by the provincial platform. If there is no provincial platform established, the energy consumption monitoring data of key energy consuming units will be directly uploaded to the national platform.

(2) The "access end system" of key energy consuming units is deployed internally and constructed by the key energy consuming units. The main function is to collect and summarize energy consumption data of the unit through measuring instruments, industrial control systems, etc., and upload the data to the provincial platform or directly to the national platform

System Function - Data Collection

(1) Real time energy consumption data can be collected from field instruments through protocols such as Modbus (GB/T19582), DL/T645, CJ/T188, etc;

(2) Data can be obtained from the data collector: real-time energy consumption data can be obtained from the data collector through standard communication protocols such as Modbus TCP (GB/T19582), MQTT, HTTPS, etc;

(3) Data can be obtained from automated information systems: real-time energy consumption data can be collected from the automated information systems of key energy consuming units through OPC protocol;

(4) Support manual data filling: For data that does not have online collection conditions, a manual data filling and uploading mode should be provided. The energy consumption online monitoring device should provide a software configuration tool for data access, supporting software configuration interfaces for multiple standard communication protocols mentioned above. After configuration is completed, the energy consumption online monitoring device can run a data access execution module based on SQL, OPC, Modbus, DL/T645, CJ/T188 protocols. According to the rules set by the configuration, data is regularly obtained from the data collection point, sent to the data processing module for necessary calculation and processing, generating upload data that meets the specification requirements, and then sent to the data upload module for encoding and uploading.
