Operation and Maintenance
1. Before use, remove the oil drain screws on both sides of the cover and the upper end cover, inject an appropriate amount of lubricating oil, and shake the handle until it moves freely.
2. The handle should be shaken back and forth at an angle during operation. A filter should be installed before the pump inlet to prevent dirt from entering the pump and affecting its efficiency, service life, or even damaging other components.
3. When installing the pump, it is necessary to check whether the valve located inside the upper cover of the pump is in the correct position, and shake the pump several times to see if there are any abnormalities. If any abnormalities are found, they can be exchanged with our factory.
4. The oil seal cycle of CS type hand pump is six months. If it is left unused or stopped for a long time, it should be cleaned and resealed.
