CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic pump is a new product developed by our unit in recent years. And advanced foreign technology is introduced, using polyvinylidene fluoride for manufacturing. This material is corrosion-resistant, and magnetic pumps produced with this material have a wide range of applications, strong corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, no aging, and no toxin decomposition. It can be widely used in fields such as chemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, petroleum, environmental protection, rare earth separation, smelting, and acid washing in automobile manufacturing.
The CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic pump has a unique design that does not require mechanical shaft seals and does not leak. The liquid flow components are made of fluoroplastics, ceramics, fluororubber, and other materials. The pump body shell is fixed with metal materials, which can support the weight of the pipeline and facilitate use and maintenance.

Installation and usage instructions
1、 The CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic pump should be installed horizontally and not vertically. The plastic pump should not bear the weight of the pipeline. For special vertical installation situations, the motor must face upwards.
2、 When the suction liquid level is higher than the pump axis line, open the suction pipeline valve before starting. If the suction liquid level is lower than the pump axis line, the pipeline needs to be equipped with a bottom valve
3、 Before using the pump, it should be checked that the motor fan blades rotate flexibly, without jamming or abnormal noise, and all fasteners should be tightened.
4、 Check if the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the direction mark of the magnetic pump
5、 After the motor is started, slowly open the discharge valve and wait for the pump to enter normal operation before adjusting the discharge valve to the desired opening
6、 Before the pump stops working, the discharge valve should be closed first, and then the suction pipe valve should be closed
Precautions
1、 Due to the fact that the cooling and lubrication of the CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic pump bearings rely on the medium being transported, it is prohibited to operate them without load, and at the same time, it is necessary to avoid idle operation caused by power outage and restart during operation.
2、 When the suction liquid level is higher than the pump axis line, open the suction pipeline valve before starting. If the suction liquid level is lower than the pump axis line, the pipeline needs to be equipped with a bottom valve
3、 The environment during pump use should be less than 40 ℃, and the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 75 ℃.
4、 The conveyed medium and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material The operating temperature of engineering plastic pumps is less than 60 ℃, the operating temperature of metal pumps is less than 100 ℃, the conveying suction pressure is not greater than 0.2MPa, the working pressure is 1.6MPa, and the density is not greater than 1600kg/m3The particle size is not greater than 30 × 10-6M2/S liquid without hard particles and fibers.
5、 For media that are prone to precipitation and crystallization during transportation, they should be cleaned promptly after use to drain the accumulated liquid in the pump.
6、 After running the CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic pump for 500 hours, the wear of the bearings and end face dynamic rings should be removed. If the gap between the bearings and the shaft sleeve is greater than 0.5-1mm, and the axial displacement of the impeller is 1.5-2mm, the bearings and axial dynamic rings should be replaced.
