BW-11 Double Wall Bellows Production Line

The extrusion production line is equipped with two high-efficiency single screw extruders, an imported proportional control valve dual channel spiral composite extrusion mold, a horizontal forming machine, a spray cooling device, a double blade ring cutting machine, and a material storage platform and material storage trolley.
The extruded material is stable and has excellent plasticization. The surface of the mold is treated with oxidation and polishing, and it has a double-layer wall thickness adjustment device. The forming machine and forming module work together to achieve vacuum negative pressure forming process, realizing online socket expansion of pipes without offline expansion. The entire production line adopts a PLC microcomputer control system, which intuitively displays multiple images such as melt temperature, pressure, forming speed, and fault alarm, and has extrusion process storage function.
