Overview
The automatic coupling device for submersible pumps is a device that is used in conjunction with submersible pumps (referring to submersible pumps used in sewage systems). It mainly consists of submersible sewage pumps, self coupling devices, and outlet pipe components. The advantage of installing an automatic coupling device on a sewage pump is that it facilitates the removal and maintenance of the pump in the event of a malfunction.
The principle of the automatic coupling device for submersible sewage pumps: There is a pair of wedge clamps above the additional coupling flange and the inlet flange of the outlet pipe seat in the self coupling device, and a pair of wedge clamps below the additional coupling flange and the inlet flange of the outlet pipe seat. The wedge clamp below the inlet flange of the outlet pipe seat is fixed with an elastic steel plate below the inlet flange of the outlet pipe seat.
When the submersible pump descends from above the water pit, the wedge clamp above the additional coupling flange and the wedge clamp above the inlet flange of the outlet pipe seat are first clamped together. Under the action of the submersible pump's own weight and the inclined surface of the wedge clamp, the two flange surfaces will stick together. The pair of wedge clamps below the additional coupling flange and the inlet flange of the outlet pipe seat will also be automatically clamped together under the action of the elastic steel plate. It can solve the problem of a large amount of water leakage between the two coupled flanges while facilitating the automatic assembly and disassembly of submersible electric pumps, thereby saving energy.
