Furnace structure and materials used
Furnace shell material: The outer box shell is made of cold plate treated with phosphate film salt and sprayed with high temperature plastic, with a color of blue gray;
Furnace core material: made of high and low heat storage * lightweight fiber furnace board six sided splicing, resistant to rapid cooling and heating, energy-saving;
Insulation method: Inner layer fiber cotton blanket insulation, outer layer air heat dissipation;
Temperature measuring port: The thermocouple enters from the upper back of the furnace body;
Terminal post: The heating element terminal post is located at the lower rear of the furnace body;
Controller: located below the furnace body, with a built-in control system and compensation wires connected to the furnace body

The control panel is equipped with an intelligent temperature regulator, which controls the power switch, main heating work/stop button, voltage, current meter, and computer interface to observe the working status of the system at any time. This product adopts integrated circuits, has a good working environment, anti-interference, and greatly improves the working environment when the furnace shell temperature is ≤ 45 ℃ at high temperatures. It is controlled by a microcomputer program, programmable curves, fully automatic heating/cooling, and can modify temperature control parameters and programs during operation. It is flexible, convenient, and easy to operate.
