Compensation control ATOS proportional flow valve QVKZOR-AES-PS-10This type of valve works in conjunction with an electronic amplifier, as shown in the table in the section. The amplifier provides an appropriate driving current to the proportional valve to calibrate the valve's adjustment to correspond to the input signal supplied to the amplifier. AE: analog, AES is digital, both with integrated electronic amplifiers; Flow control is achieved through the throttle valve core 2, which is directly controlled by a proportional solenoid. The mechanical pressure compensator ③ ensures a constant pressure difference AP through the throttle valve core 2, so that flow regulation is not affected by load changes. In principle, the difference between proportional valves and ordinary valves is that proportional valves use electrical signals to continuously and proportionally control parameters such as oil pressure and flow rate. In hydraulic systems, not only can complex control functions be achieved, but it also has advantages such as anti pollution, low cost (compared to servo valves), and fast response. Whether it is a proportional pressure reducing valve or a proportional flow valve, their main working principle is similar to that of ordinary valves. Proportional flow valve controls the opening size of the flow valve by the electromagnetic force generated by the electromagnetic coil of the external device of the lifting rod. Due to the good linearity of the electromagnetic coil, the electromagnetic force it generates is proportional to the magnitude of the current. When applied, it can generate a continuously changing current, allowing for arbitrary control of the opening size of the flow valve. Proportional flow valves also come with one-way valves.

Compliant with application directive requirements and obtained CE certification mark (such as EMC specifications for emissivity/immunity). Installation, wiring, and start-up must be carried out according to the steps described in section F003 of the general rules, and installed according to the installation instructions corresponding to the relevant components. It is prohibited to use electronic signals of valves (such as monitoring signals) as driving signals for safety functions, such as using dry control machine safety element switches, which are also specified in European standards (safety requirements for flow systems and components, EN982 specification).
