System working principle

Referring to the system principle flowchart, the three-way switching valve can be used to switch the gas path for sampling and calibration on the gas pipeline.

Open the sampling switch ball valve on the pipeline and perform sampling operations through the touch screen human-machine exchange interface. Divided into automatic mode and manual mode:

Set the sampling time for each channel in automatic mode, and the system can run automatically to cyclically monitor the gas content at each monitoring point. In manual mode, individual detection and analysis can be performed on any monitoring point.

The sample gas enters the gas-liquid separator through the sampling tube to remove the liquid contained in the sample gas, and then enters the electronic condenser drying device, which can achieve 24-hour online monitoring. The dried sample gas, under the control of the regulating valve (flow rate within the allowable range), enters the analysis room of the analyzer, and after analysis, is discharged to the dedicated sewage vent pipeline.
