1、 Overview
This production line is used to produce aluminum-plastic composite pipes. The aluminum pipes are formed in one step by ultrasonic welding and co extrusion method. The aluminum-plastic composite pipes produced are widely used for conveying various gases such as cold and hot tap water, acid and alkali salts, gases, oxygen, compressed air, etc.
The inner layer is PE, the middle layer is aluminum strip, the outer layer is PE, and the middle layer is adhesive.
Characteristics of production line
1. High degree of automation, the entire line adopts PLC control to ensure accurate and precise process parameters.

3. Each device and equipment is designed and processed specifically based on the material characteristics, production features, and special requirements of aluminum-plastic composite pipes to ensure reliable and complete overall performance.
2、 Process description
Its main line is a high-precision aluminum tube forming line. When the aluminum strip coil is loosened by a passive unwinding machine, the flat aluminum strip is fed into the pre forming roller track through various positioning mechanisms. The aluminum strip is rolled into an aluminum tube prototype and then fed into the forming section. The aluminum strip that comes out of the forming section has only a general precision. It must undergo further sizing, shaping, and positioning to meet the accuracy requirements. The overlapping part of the aluminum tube is welded using an ultrasonic continuous welding machine to form a closed high-strength aluminum tube.
The aluminum tube welding area of the production line is a branching junction node. The other two branch work areas are the inner tube and inner bonding layer: the outer tube and outer bonding layer. After feeding, hot melting, extrusion, and entering the converging template, it is distributed by the converging template and enters the inner tube co extrusion and outer tube co extrusion molds. Compressed air is always injected into the inner tube of the composite pipe to test its pressure holding performance. After being shaped in a cold bath, automatically dried, and measured for length, it enters the printing area and uses an automatic inkjet printer to print the company name, pipe size, length, etc. on the pipe. After being pulled, the printed pipes are then wound and wrapped by an automatic double disc winding machine. Once the wrapped pipes are qualified, they can be packaged and shipped out of the factory.
