Performance characteristics of all nickel based flexible graphite packing:

Ultra high temperature and ultra-high pressure valve special packing: It is woven from high-purity and low sulfur expanded graphite wire, and Inconel alloy wire is added to each graphite wire. Inconel wire is used for mesh weaving on the outside of the packing, which retains all the inherent advantages of the tweezer wire graphite packing. The all nickel graphite packing has good thermal conductivity, chemical resistance, and self-lubricating properties. At the same time, the all nickel based metal coating structure greatly improves the mechanical strength of the packing, making it denser and stronger. Universal packing can be molded into full nickel graphite packing rings such as ZD-RP1105 according to customer requirements.
