The compressor adopts international brands (such as Germany's Bitzer BITZER, Taiwan's Hanzhong HANBELL, etc.), with a new type of high-efficiency screw rotor compressor, which has a 20% -30% higher efficiency than general compressors and has obtained IS9001 international certification quality from multiple European and American patents.

Capacity control can be achieved through four stage (100% -75% -50% -25%) or three stage (100-66% -33%) and non segmented control systems.

Adopting a combination design of 11 bearings and A-type axial thrust balance, the bearing life is significantly increased by 2.5-3.5 times.

◆ Adopting a special groove design with high-efficiency silicon steel sheets and equipped with internal and external omnidirectional cooling flow, the compressor motor can achieve maximum efficiency under any load.

◆ Unique built-in oil pressure system ensures optimal lubrication of the compressor without the need for an oil pump. The oil separation adopts a double-layer filtration method, with excellent oil filtration effect, and the heat exchanger can maximize its capacity.

Multiple refrigerants are available for selection, in addition to R22 refrigerant, environmentally friendly refrigerants such as R134a and R407c can also be chosen.

A comprehensive compressor capacity ratio (VI=2.2/2.6/3.0/3.5) is available for selection, which can effectively avoid additional energy consumption caused by over compression or insufficient compression.
