Adjusting bolt method:
Press the pressure ring onto the outer ring of the bearing and apply pressure with adjusting bolts; Before adjusting the pressure, first measure the pitch of the adjusting bolt, then slowly tighten the adjusting bolt until there is no gap inside the bearing, and then calculate the corresponding rotation angle of the adjusting bolt. For example, if the pitch is 1.5mm and the clearance required for the normal operation of the bearing, then the required rotation angle for adjusting the bolt is 3600 × 0.15/1.5=360; At this point, reverse the adjustment bolt 360 degrees to obtain an axial clearance of 0.5mm for the micro bearing, and then fix it with a stop washer.

Installation steps
Before installing the bearing on the shaft, it is necessary to first remove the fixing pin of the bearing sleeve, polish the surface of the shaft neck smooth and clean, and apply oil to the shaft neck for rust prevention and lubrication (allowing the bearing to rotate slightly on the shaft).
2. Apply lubricating oil to the mating surface between the bearing seat and the bearing, and install the INA bearing into the bearing seat. Then fit the assembled bearing and bearing seat together onto the shaft Push to the desired location for installation.
3. Do not tighten the bolts that fix the bearing seat yet, but allow the bearing sleeve to rotate within the bearing seat. 4. Install the eccentric sleeve.
