The Jinlong JL series plastic positive pressure thermoforming machine adopts an eccentric wheel servo drive mechanism. It has the advantages of smooth operation, accurate positioning, low noise, strong locking force, and high yield rate. Integrated mechanical and electrical design, using microcomputer and PLC control, human-machine interface operation, plastic product molding equipment that integrates sheet feeding, heating, molding, edge cutting, and mechanical arm cup taking in one go.
High degree of automation and high production efficiency, different products can be produced by installing different molds, achieving multi-purpose use of one machine.
The control system uses electrical and pneumatic components, which are reliable in quality and have a long service life.
This machine is suitable for products made of PP, PE, PET, PS plastic sheets, such as disposable drinking cups, tableware bowls, packaging boxes, milk tea cups and other thin-walled plastic containers.
