5-gallon semi-automatic bottle blowing machine

The TH-5 gallon blow molding machine is specifically designed to produce 5-gallon bottles and various large capacity PET bottles. This machine can produce 5 gallon bottles with a maximum output of 90 bottles per hour, and can even reach 120 bottles per hour when using lightweight bottle preforms.

TH-5 is divided into two parts: the bottle blowing host and the rotating infrared heater. Due to the thick wall of the preform, ordinary heating systems cannot achieve the ideal heating effect of the preform. However, infrared heaters can penetrate the inside and outside of the preform and provide long-lasting and uniform heating, ensuring good molding quality.

Product Introduction:

Preheating: The preform (embryo) is irradiated through an infrared high-temperature lamp to heat and soften the body of the preform (embryo). In order to maintain the shape of the bottle mouth, the preform (embryo) mouth does not need to be heated, so a certain cooling device is required to cool it.

Blow molding: This stage involves placing the preheated preform (embryo) into a pre made blow mold, inflating it with high pressure, and blowing and pulling the preform (embryo) into the desired bottle.
