The conveying medium does not contain solid particles, the temperature is not higher than 350 ℃, and the viscosity is 5cSt -1500cSt. It is used in various industries such as chemical raw materials, filling medicine, food, cosmetics, pesticides, detergents, printing and dyeing, brewing, resins, adhesives, etc.
There are two transmission modes for the 3GW insulated three screw pump: motor direct connection and reducer. When the liquid viscosity exceeds 1500cSt, reducer transmission should be used.

The 3GW insulation three screw pump has good sealing performance and adopts mechanical seal. Different materials are selected for the friction parts of the mechanical seal according to the user's different media. For high viscosity media, hard alloy materials with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance are selected to improve the sealing performance at high temperatures.
