What issues should be noted during the installation and commissioning of 2CY magnetic high-pressure gear pump
1. Before starting, check the sealing of all pipeline flanges and joints.
2. The first start-up should inject the conveying liquid into the pump.
3. Before starting, the valves in the suction and discharge pipelines should be fully opened, and closing the valves for starting is strictly prohibited.
4. After verifying the direction of motor rotation, start the motor.

Installation and use of 2CY magnetic high-pressure gear pump
（1） The 2CY magnetic high-pressure gear pump should be installed horizontally and not vertically. The plastic pump body should not bear the weight of the pipeline. For special requirements for vertical installation, the motor must face upwards.
（2） Before using the pump, it should be checked that the motor fan blades rotate flexibly, without jamming or abnormal noise, and all fasteners should be tightened.
（3） Check if the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the direction mark of the 2CY magnetic high-pressure gear pump.
（4） High power pumps should be started with reduced pressure as much as possible.

Precautions for the use of 2CY magnetic high-pressure gear pump (important)

（1） Due to the fact that the cooling and lubrication of the bearings of the 2CY magnetic high-pressure gear pump rely on the medium being transported, it is absolutely forbidden to operate them without load. At the same time, it is necessary to avoid the occurrence of phenomena such as vaporization, cavitation, and steam blockage caused by the temperature rise of the medium, and to avoid no-load operation caused by restarting after power outage during operation.
（2） If the conveyed medium contains solid particles, a filter screen should be added to the pump inlet; If it contains ferromagnetic particles, it is necessary to add magnetism and filter screen.
（3） The ambient temperature of the pump during use should be less than 200 degrees, and the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 150 degrees.
（4） The conveyed medium and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material (see 2CY Magnetic High Pressure Gear Pump Corrosion Resistance Performance Table for details).
