（1） Characteristics of Plastic Granulator
1. All recycled plastics that have been crushed and cleaned do not need to be shaken, dried, or sun dried before being put into production, and can be used for both dry and wet purposes;
2. All processes from raw material crushing, cleaning, feeding to particle production are automated;

（2） Supporting equipment for plastic granulator
1. The crushers for plastic products mainly include shear crushers suitable for crushing various plastic products, and stamping and compression crushers suitable for crushing various brittle plastics;
2. The function of the cleaning machine is to remove the sludge on the leaves of the waste plastic placed in the sink through a rotating stirring blade, stirring, and water flow flushing, and then lift the plastic fragments out of the water through a lifting device and transport them to the dewatering project;
3. Dehydration machine The dehydration machine mainly uses the centrifugal force of high-speed rotation to remove the moisture from the broken plastic in the drum;
4. After being crushed, cleaned, and dehydrated, the plastic in the dryer still has a certain degree of moisture. The main function of the dryer is to send it through the feeding port into the air duct with hot air circulation, allowing the moisture in the material to evaporate and dry the plastic to meet the needs of extrusion granulation process;
5. The function of an extruder is to re mix the crushed, cleaned, and dried plastic with the extruder, heat it to a molten state, and then extrude and cut it into pellets.
