2-5 layer composite bubble film machine - twin-screw extrusion

The applicable materials for this machine are LDPE and LLDPE particles

This machine can produce 2-5 layers of bubble film (coating layer+flat film+bubble+flat film+coating layer=5 layers). The extruder consists of a main extruder and an auxiliary extruder, with a total of 2 screws. It can produce bubble film composite kraft paper, pearl cotton, PET aluminum plated film, co extruded film and other products. By replacing the flower roller, the bubble diameter of the meter can be adjusted to be between 6mm and 30mm. The product has functions such as waterproofing, compression resistance, anti-static, and thermal insulation, and is widely used in packaging industries such as furniture, hardware, building materials, electronics, and express delivery.
