Measurement range: 0mm-4000mm can be selected, default voltage is 0-10V/10-0V dual signal output, current is 4-20mA/20-4mA, 0-20mA/20-0mA, digital signal Start/Stop is optional!
The 1800 series magnetostrictive displacement sensor is specially designed for universal external installation of machines, providing high-precision (accuracy up to 0.01% FS), direct and position detection feedback. This series of products has high response frequency, fast refresh rate (2000Hz), anti-interference, small hysteresis (0.5ms), high accuracy, and is suitable for real-time measurement and control of high-speed motion systems, as well as complex interference environments (anti frequency conversion interference). The contactless feature avoids mechanical wear and ensures theoretically infinite service life. The detection of position relies on card type sliders or floating sliders, and the type of slider is determined by the customer when placing an order.
The protection level of IP65 can provide sufficient protection for sensors in complex and harsh usage environments. DIN43650 universal plug connector is widely used in hydraulic equipment and is very convenient for on-site wiring and installation.

Absopos Technology Maglev Technology

The operating principle of magnetic levitation (Absopos) is achieved by analyzing the feedback signal of mutual induction between two magnetic fields.

The first magnetic field operates on the sensor housing using a permanent magnet. The second magnetic field is generated by a pulse generator. When two magnetic fields induce each other, an absolute position signal will be fed back with ultrasonic velocity. The precision circuit system will analyze the waveform of ultrasonic waves and output a precise and high-resolution position signal, allowing the machine to enter the production state in real time.
