The 1500A fully automatic bottle blowing machine is the latest two-step fully automatic bottle blowing equipment developed by our company, used for the molding and processing of PET and PP plastic bottle preforms. It can blow produce various geometric shapes of mineral water bottles, medicine bottles, cosmetics bottles, large-diameter bottles, and other packaging containers. This machine adopts an advanced microcomputer control system, with stable performance and automatic feeding of raw materials by the conveyor. Using far-infrared lamp tube heating, with strong penetration, self rotation heating, uniform heating, fast and reliable. The width and height of the reflector plate of the lamp tube in the heating zone can be adjusted to suit the heating of different structures of preforms, and there is an automatic temperature exhaust device to ensure constant temperature in the drying oven.

The locking part adopts mechanical hyperbolic arm locking and pressurized locking to ensure that there is no mold displacement (explosion) phenomenon under high pressure. The air path design is divided into two parts: action air and blowing air.

The production process is fully automated. It has the advantages of high efficiency, easy operation, simple maintenance, and safety.
