Installation guide for wall thickness control servo oil cylinder

The 12 series magnetostrictive displacement sensor is designed for wall thickness control servo cylinders. The sensing outer tube is made of 100% stainless steel and can be directly installed at the top of the wall thickness control oil cylinder. The electronic part and the sensing outer tube are designed for modular assembly, meaning that they can be completely separated. In special cases, only the electronic part needs to be removed for calibration, and the sensing outer tube does not need to be separated from the wall thickness control cylinder. This design reduces reset time and greatly improves production efficiency. The electronic part is rated at IP65, providing the electronic module with optimal shock, dust, and moisture protection. The output connection is a commonly used oil plug (DIN 43650) in the industry, which is convenient and easy to wire. In addition to being suitable for wall thickness control hydraulic systems, it is also suitable for mechanical external installation. Provide absolute and accurate repeatability without the need for regular maintenance. Wall thickness control is an advanced closed-loop system in bottle blowing machines. The wall thickness control system adopts a closed-loop feedback design, which includes a wall thickness controller, an electro-hydraulic servo valve, and an electronic ruler as a signal feedback device. The electronic ruler measures the size of the gap to obtain the corresponding voltage signal and feeds it back to the wall thickness controller. This constitutes a closed-loop wall thickness control system. |
