Installation steps

Before installing the bearing on the shaft, it is necessary to first remove the fixing pin of the bearing sleeve, polish the surface of the shaft neck smooth and clean, and apply oil to the shaft neck for rust prevention and lubrication (allowing the bearing to rotate slightly on the shaft).
2. Apply lubricating oil to the mating surface between the bearing seat and the bearing, and install the INA bearing into the bearing seat. Then fit the assembled bearing and bearing seat together onto the shaft Push to the desired location for installation.
3. Do not tighten the bolts that fix the bearing seat yet, but allow the bearing sleeve to rotate within the bearing seat. 4. Install the eccentric sleeve.
