  • -The 120 degree low-temperature refrigeration unit series is one of the key products of Oklon Refrigeration in the large series of industrial low-temperature refrigeration units. It adopts a binary cascade refrigeration method and uses R23 as the refrigerant for the low-temperature stage. It can provide 35 ℃~-125 ℃ low-temperature freezing liquid (ethanol solution or other non freezing liquid) or 35 ℃~-125 ℃ low-temperature refrigerant. It can be used as a cold source host for the pharmaceutical, chemical, military, aerospace, automotive and other industries. At the same time, it can be designed and developed as a temperature type cold storage dedicated refrigeration host for low-temperature, temperature quick freezing processes, tuna temperature refrigeration, temperature testing and other processes. It is suitable for various types of quick freezing, tuna low-temperature cold storage, and various large and medium-sized quick freezing devices.

    The refrigeration compressor technology mainly adopts Bitzer from Germany, Hanbell from Taiwan, and Fusheng from Taiwan, and introduces the two-stage variable frequency screw compressor technology from Kobe Steel in Japan. Multiple combinations are used, with reasonable configuration and improved overall efficiency; Especially in the low temperature zone of the cascade, the low-temperature stage compressor adopts two-stage compression refrigeration, which improves efficiency by more than 30%.


    Combining the parallel refrigeration technology of compressors, a "parallel unit+parallel unit" cascade refrigeration system is introduced, which can save energy by more than 15-20% compared to the traditional "single machine+single machine" cascade refrigeration technology, especially at partial loads, with better energy-saving effects.

    Adopting multi suction parallel refrigeration technology, it can provide four different evaporation temperatures for high and low temperature stages, which can meet the temperature requirements of various processes such as pre cooling, condensation, liquefaction, etc. for oil and gas recovery and fresh air low-temperature treatment; Realize mutual backup between multiple inspirations to improve the continuity of equipment use.

    We have launched a specialized low-temperature R23 refrigeration pry block unit suitable for ammonia R717/R23 cascade, refrigerant/R23 cascade, and fluorine/R23 cascade, meeting the needs of process sites such as in temperature quick freezing and refrigeration, and small and medium-sized pharmaceutical temperature and cooling sources, saving initial investment.

    By using parallel units and fluorine bucket pumps for liquid supply, long-distance refrigerant transportation can be achieved; Reduce the construction and filling amount of refrigerant pipelines, lower the power consumption of the refrigerant circulation pump, and thus lower the initial investment cost.
