2. The vacant land does not provide any exhibition facilities. The special decoration management fees and water and electricity fees charged by the exhibition hall shall be borne by the exhibitors and their special decoration contractors.

　　Exhibition Procedure

1. Exhibitors are required to fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" in detail, affix the official seal, and fax or mail it to the organizing committee of the conference.

2. Within 5 working days after enterprise registration, the exhibition fee will be transferred to the designated account of the conference organizing committee to determine the booth;

3. The exhibition booths, advertisements, etc. will be arranged by the organizing committee in a unified manner, with "first come, first paid, first allocated". Co organizers can give priority to arrangements. ,

4. If a registered exhibitor is unable to participate due to their own reasons, the fees paid will not be refunded, and the reserved booth will be fully handled by the organizer;

5. Comply with the overall layout of the exhibition, and the organizing unit has the right to adjust the position of individual booths when necessary. Due to uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters, government actions, and abnormal social events, the organizing unit may postpone or cancel the exhibition.

6. Special reminder: Renting or reselling the booth is strictly prohibited. It is not allowed to display counterfeit and infringing products, as well as retail exhibits or sell other goods on site in the exhibition hall. Once discovered, the organizing committee will cancel the participation qualification and the booth fee will not be refunded. Do not stack items in the passage.
