1. Booth fees and arrangements: This exhibition offers two forms of booths: standard booths and vacant spaces, and exhibitors can choose according to their needs.
★ Standard booth fee: International exhibition area: 30000 yuan/(9m2); Domestic exhibition area: 9800 yuan/9m2/);
The standard booth includes carpet, fence, company name fascia board, one consultation table, two chairs, two spotlights, and one power outlet (please specify in advance for special electricity usage, which will be charged separately).
★ Empty venue fee: International exhibition area: 3000 yuan/m2; Domestic exhibition area: 1000 yuan/m2 (minimum rent of 36 m2);
The vacant venue does not have any display racks or facilities. Exhibitors can arrange special decoration on their own or entrust the organizing unit to recommend a construction company.
2. Meeting arrangement: Please fill out the "Exhibition Registration Form" in detail, sign and stamp it with the official seal, and then fax or mail it to the organizing committee.
The principle of booth arrangement is "apply first, book first, pay first, confirm first". Co organizers can give priority to arrangements, and the organizing committee has the right to make minor adjustments to a small number of booths based on the overall planning of the exhibition area.
The organizing committee will email or send the "Exhibitor Handbook" (related to schedule, exhibit transportation, hotel reception, journal editing, booth construction, etc.) to all exhibitors one month before the conference.
