1、 Project Background
Elderly care collaboration is an important area of coordinated development in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region. In recent years, various regions in Hebei Province have fully utilized their geographical and ecological advantages, focusing on building a development pattern for the elderly care industry consisting of "one zone (core area for elderly care in 24 counties around Beijing), one circle (1-hour elderly care service circle for high-speed rail), and three belts (Yanshan, Taihang Mountains, and coastal health and leisure industry belts)", actively undertaking the elderly care needs of Beijing and Tianjin, and accelerating the cultivation and strengthening of the health and elderly care industry. At present, over 120000 elderly people from Beijing and Tianjin have come to Hebei for health care, including 96000 from Beijing and 26000 from Tianjin.
According to statistics, the number of medical and elderly care institutions in Hebei Province increased by 27.5% year-on-year, with a total of 1127, ranking fourth in the country. The government has included the number and service quality of medical and elderly care institutions in the assessment system through policy documents such as the "Plan for Accelerating the Promotion of Medical and Elderly Care Integration in Hebei Province", and promoted the construction of community medical and elderly care integration service centers. Currently, there are 524 community service centers.
