The PET specific dehumidification, drying, and feeding combination is a closed-loop integrated processing system that integrates the three core functions of dehumidification, drying, and conveying. Its design core revolves around PET slices that have completed pre crystallization processingraw materialExpand the characteristics to achieve precise control of the entire process from raw material pretreatment to processing feeding. The equipment is equipped with an efficient dehumidification module and an intelligent temperature control system. Through molecular sieve rotary wheel deep dehumidification technology, low dew point dry air is generated. Combined with a high-temperature hot air circulation unit, a closed airflow circulation loop is formed to avoid secondary invasion of external moisture. The intelligent temperature control system, when paired with a heat exchange module, adjusts the fan speed in real-time through intelligent sensing to accurately match the load demand and regulate temperature changes. Under this collaborative mechanism, the comprehensive energy efficiency ratio is optimized to the extreme, and the lowest unit power consumption can be reduced to 0.068kWh/kg.
Under this process condition, the bound water and free water inside the PET raw material are quickly removed, and the moisture content can be stably controlled below 50ppm. This thermodynamically suppresses the hydrolysis and fracture reaction of PET molecular chains during high-temperature melting processing, effectively avoiding quality problems such as decreased melt viscosity, decreased mechanical strength of the product, and increased surface defects. In addition, the system integrates an online high-efficiency dust removal device that can intercept dust, debris, and other impurities generated during the raw material transportation and drying process in real time. This not only reduces the risk of wear and blockage of key components such as heaters, fans, and conveying pipelines, prolongs equipment maintenance cycles and service life, but also reduces the interference of impurities on the stability of processing technology. It significantly improves the dimensional accuracy, appearance flatness, and batch consistency of the final product, providing reliable process guarantees for the large-scale production of high-end PET products (such as food packaging, engineering plastic components, etc.).
