Notes:
① Carefully read the instruction manual, familiarize yourself with the machine structure, and understand the functions of various electrical switches, instruments, and electrical components on the control panel and instrument panel.
② Connect the main power supply according to the requirements specified in the electrical section. The voltage used by the user must be consistent with the rated voltage of the local power equipment, and the machine's casing must be properly grounded according to electrical safety regulations.
③ Before starting the machine, check whether the wiring of each control button, master switch, electrical component, contact, etc. is loose, and place each switch in the disconnected position.
④ The motor can only be started when the working mode selection switch QC is placed in the manual or adjustment position. When starting the motor, observe whether its rotation direction is correct. If it is not correct, adjust the power program and start the motor manually on the computer.
⑤ When the machine is not running, the main power supply must be disconnected, and all buttons and commands on the control panel must be in the off position.
⑥ During normal use, electrical components should be regularly maintained, and the contacts of each electrical component should be checked for looseness. The travel switch should be reliable, and the distribution box should be kept clean and dry to ensure that the electrical components can work properly and extend their service life.
The maintenance content is divided into:
1. Maintenance of molds before production
1.1 The surface of the mold must be cleaned of oil and rust, and the cooling water holes of the mold should be checked for foreign objects and if there are any blocked waterways.
1.2 It is necessary to check whether the circular arc in the mold rubber sleeve is damaged and whether there are any residual foreign objects Are there any abnormalities in the moving parts and are the movements smooth.
2. Maintenance of molds during production
2.1 Check all guide posts and sleeves of the mold for damage every day, including the mold guide posts Regularly refuel and maintain components such as rows, and perform maintenance twice a day during commuting.
2.2 Clean the mold parting surface and exhaust groove of foreign objects such as glue threads, foreign objects, oil, etc., and check whether the top pin of the mold is abnormal and regularly apply oil Clean the parting surface and flow channel surface twice a day. Guide the tip, liner, and position to determine the oil supply to the tip once a day.
2.3 Regularly check whether the waterway of the mold is unobstructed and tighten all fastening screws.
