The feeding system of the crusher starts from the ground. There is a feeding roller track on the ground, and the front end of the roller track is connected to a feeding slide that runs deep underground and forms a 22 ° angle with the horizontal plane. At the front end of the slide, a bidirectional blade anvil is fixedly attached, and the anvil comb of the anvil is composed of 6 or 7 anvil blades. The anvil blades have transverse and vertical edges that are perpendicular to each other. The vertical edge is used to block the impact of the pipe on the disc and to cut out stress concentration sources that are conducive to crushing on the broken pipe. The material lifting device consists of a lifting hopper, a 2t electric hoist, and a lifting bracket. Its function is to lift the crushed material blocks from underground to the ground of the crushing workshop, for further crushing into directly usable particles by the crusher.
Precautions for operation:
1. Anti fall measures
Operators and mechanics are not allowed to enter the workshop wearing slippers, and no one is allowed to climb the machine. If there is a mechanical malfunction, please notify the mechanics in a timely manner. When oil is found on the ground, it should be promptly ignored to prevent slipping and injury.
2. Collision avoidance
Do not stand in the operating area of the equipment to prevent the pipe from hitting the head.
3. When cleaning the crusher, the power must be cut off, gloves must be worn, and the contactor must not be directly pressed during the cleaning process.
4. Anti electric shock
Devices are not allowed to connect wires without authorization. Generally, simple wiring connections are completed by machine maintenance, while more difficult wiring must be completed by electricians.
Maintenance:
1. Mechanical equipment should be placed in a ventilated position to ensure the dissipation of heat during motor operation and extend its lifespan.
2. Regularly check the screws. After using the new machine for 1 hour, use tools to tighten the screws of the moving and fixed knives, and strengthen the fixation between the blade and the knife holder.
3. Lubricating oil should be regularly added to the bearings to ensure lubrication between them. To ensure the sharpness of the cutting edge, the knife should be checked regularly to ensure its sharpness and reduce unnecessary damage to other components caused by blunt or missing blades.
4. Before the second start-up, the remaining debris in the machine room should be cleared to reduce start-up resistance.
5. The inertia cover and pulley cover should be opened regularly to remove the ash outlet under the flange, as the powder discharged from the crusher chamber enters the shaft bearing.
6. When replacing the knife, the gap between the moving knife and the fixed knife should be 0.8mm for crushers above 20HP, and 0.5mm for crushers below 20HP.
7. The thinner the recycled material, the larger the gap can be adjusted appropriately. Regularly check whether the belt is loose and tighten it in a timely manner. The machine should be well grounded.
