This device consists of a guide rail fixed frame, a moving frame, a rotating assembly, and a clamping mechanism. The moving frame can move back and forth inside the guide rail fixed frame under the action of a moving cylinder, to achieve simultaneous movement with the pipe while cutting it. The rotary assembly is fixed on the wall panel of the moving frame by two sets of rollers. The rotary assembly rotates relative to the moving frame under the drive of the rotating motor, reducer, and large and small gears.
The rotary assembly is equipped with a feed mechanism assembly and a cutting mechanism assembly. The feed mechanism assembly is driven by the oil pump motor, and the solenoid valve on the oil pump motor controls the feed and retract actions of the cutting blade in the cutting assembly. The bracket fixed on the cutting motor board is equipped with a stroke adjustment mechanism, which determines the size of the feed amount; The cutting mechanism consists of a motor, a middle pulley, cutting, etc. Its function is to complete the cutting action and cut plastic pipes
operation
1. Close the switch inside the distribution cabinet;
2. Open the power lock on the control panel, press the power button to supply power to the CNC; Connect the power supply of the dust collector and check if the indicator lights on the control box panel are normal;
3. CNC conducts internal self diagnosis and confirms that no error messages are displayed;
4. Close the switch inside the servo cabinet, press the servo on button on the operation panel to power the servo system, turn the pulse knob on the control cabinet panel to the on position to backwash the filter cartridge, and check if the pulse is normal;
5. Test operation, confirm that all switches and buttons on the panel are flexible and reliable, and check whether the ash discharge plug valve is normal;
6. Test run the machine to confirm that it runs smoothly and that all limit switches and emergency buttons are reliable.
7. Powder spraying and marking should be carried out before cutting, paying attention to the explosive nature of zinc powder and avoiding flying; Proper protection should be taken during simultaneous operation.
