1、 Equipment inspection
Daily inspection: Regularly check whether all components of the equipment are intact, such as transmission devices, bearings, etc. Check the worm gear, worm gear, bearings, shaft seals and other moving parts for flexible rotation and wear once or twice a month, and replace them in a timely manner if any problems are found.
Fastener inspection: Generally, check each fastener quarterly for looseness. If looseness is found, it should be tightened in a timely manner to avoid vibration or abnormal noise during equipment operation.
Transmission component inspection: Check the tension of the transmission belt. You can press the belt moderately with your fingers, with a standard looseness of 20-30 millimeters; Rotate the main shaft pulley to see if it is flexible and stable. If the rotating parts are not flexible, they need to be adjusted or repaired in a timely manner.
2、 Cleaning and maintenance
Internal cleaning: Regularly clean the dirt and debris inside the equipment. After each use or shutdown, remove the remaining materials from the machinery and brush off the residual powder in various parts of the machine to avoid equipment blockage or poor operation, and prevent material residue and agglomeration from affecting the equipment.
External cleaning: Keep the equipment clean on the outside, regularly clean the dust and debris on the surface of the equipment, and prevent them from entering the interior of the equipment and affecting normal operation.
3、 Lubrication maintenance
Lubrication of transmission system: Regularly lubricate and maintain the transmission system of the horizontal mixer, check the oil level and quality of the lubricating oil regularly, and replace it if necessary to ensure smooth operation and reduce wear. At the same time, pay attention to the amount of lubricating oil added to prevent too much or too little.
Lubrication of key components: The shaft seals at both ends of the mixing blade should be kept clean, and lubricating oil should be regularly added to prevent material blackening and deterioration; Regularly lubricate key components such as bearings to extend their service life.
4、 Electrical maintenance
Power supply inspection: During equipment maintenance and cleaning, the power supply should be cut off to ensure the safety of operators; Before operation, ensure that the power supply voltage is stable to avoid equipment failure caused by unstable voltage.
Electrical component inspection: Check the power lines, motors, and other electrical equipment of the equipment to ensure that they are working properly and to avoid electrical failures; Electrical control components should be kept clean and sensitive, and any malfunctions should be promptly repaired.
5、 Operation monitoring
Load monitoring: The load of the mixer should not be too high, usually measured by the load of the motor. The heavy load current of the 380V motor during mixing should not exceed 6 amperes, which is normal. If the load is exceeded, the mixing capacity should be immediately reduced.
Abnormal situation handling: If abnormal vibration or abnormal noise is found during the use of the horizontal mixer, it should be stopped immediately for inspection; If groove wall materials are needed during operation, bamboo and wooden tools should be used, and hands should not be used to avoid hand injury accidents.
