During the debugging process of the high-speed grinding machine, it is important to focus on five aspects: equipment installation, no-load and load testing, component adjustment, operating standards, and safety protection. Specific precautions are as follows:

1、 Equipment installation and foundation inspection

  1. Installation stability
    • Ensure that the equipment is installed on a sturdy concrete foundation or wooden pad, secured with anchor bolts to prevent vibration and displacement during operation.
    • Check whether the connections of each component are tight, and the tension of the transmission belt should be moderate (too tight can cause overheating of the motor and bearings, and too loose can reduce production efficiency).
  2. Rotation direction verification
    • Before starting, confirm that the direction of rotation of the power machine is consistent with the arrow mark on the outer shell of the grinding machine to avoid equipment damage caused by reverse operation.
  3. Safety protection device
    • Check whether all maintenance doors are tightly closed, and whether safety devices such as protective covers and emergency stop buttons are reliable to prevent accidents during operation.

2、 Empty load testing and load testing

  1. Requirements for no-load testing machine
    • Blower startupNeed to start with no load first, wait for stable operation before loading materials.
    • Bearing temperature controlThe temperature of the rolling bearing should not exceed 70 ℃, and the temperature rise should be controlled within 35 ℃.
    • runtimeThe no-load test time shall not be less than 1 hour, during which it is necessary to confirm that the main engine is running smoothly, the oil temperature inside the box does not exceed 80 ℃, and the temperature rise does not exceed 40 ℃.
    • Component fasteningAfter the trial run is completed, check all fasteners to ensure that there is no looseness.
  2. Load testing requirements
    • runtime durationThe load operation time shall not be less than 8 hours, during which the equipment shall be free of abnormal noise and there shall be no air leakage at the connection of each pipeline.
    • Pressure spring adjustmentAccording to the load of the main motor and the degree of wear of the grinding roller, gradually adjust the spring height (usually controlled at 200-210 millimeters) to optimize the pressure of the grinding roller on the material.

3、 Key component adjustment

  1. Adjustment of grinding roller gap
    • rough adjustmentAdjust the nut on the outer end of the compression spring to ensure consistent pressure between the two compression springs, and use a thin iron sheet to check whether the gap between the two grinding rollers is uniform.
    • fine-tuningFeed a thin paper strip with a width of 180 millimeters between the two grinding rollers, rotate the adjustment handwheel to observe if the indentation on the paper strip is consistent. The adjustment amount for each rotation of the handwheel is about 0.04-0.06 millimeters.
  2. flow regulation
    • Adjust the gap between the flow control plate and the slow roller according to the particle size of the material. The initial pre adjusted flow rate should be small to avoid stuffiness. During operation, the flow rate can be further optimized by adjusting the small handwheel slightly.
  3. Gear arrangement and wall panel adjustment
    • Gear grinding arrangementThe tooth arrangement of the new grinding roller should be blunt to blunt, and can be adjusted to blunt to sharp or sharp to sharp after wear to maintain grinding efficiency.
    • Wall panel adjustmentThe gap between the left and right wall panels and the grinding roller should be based on no grain leakage. When the diameter of the grinding roller decreases, the wall panel should be moved down and the bolts should be tightened.

4、 Operating standards and precautions

  1. Material pretreatment
    • Processing materials need to undergo screening and water selection, with a moisture content controlled at 13% -14%, to prevent the mixing of hard objects such as iron blocks and stones and avoid damaging the equipment.
  2. Startup sequence
    • Follow the sequence of "hoist → crusher → analyzer → fan → main engine → feeder" to start the equipment, ensuring that each component gradually enters the working state.
  3. operation monitoring
    • Pay close attention to the temperature of bearings and gearboxes to avoid overheating; Check if bran is mixed into the flour to ensure the quality of grinding.
    • When processing raw grains, the principle of "coarse first, fine later" should be followed, gradually adjusting the gap between the grinding rollers and the feeding amount.

5、 Safety and Maintenance

  1. Shutdown operation
    • Before stopping the machine, close the feeding port adjustment plate and wait for all the materials in the whitening chamber to be discharged before stopping to prevent residual materials from hardening and blocking.
  2. regular cleanup
    • After each shift, remove the accumulated slag inside the machine, open the grinding door for ventilation and heat dissipation; When not in use for a long time, clean the flour inside the machine and add lubricating grease to the lubrication parts.
  3. Component replacement
    • The grinding roller device needs to be replaced after more than 500 hours of use, and the rolling bearings should be cleaned and the installation screws checked for looseness.
