How to maintain the refining machine

The maintenance and upkeep of the refining machine should be comprehensively implemented from seven aspects: daily inspection, lubrication management, cleaning and maintenance, environmental control, regular maintenance, operating standards, and fault handling. The specific measures are as follows:

1、 Daily inspection and monitoring

  1. Key component inspection
    • Electrical systemRegularly check whether the circuit is aging or damaged, whether the wiring terminals are loose, and ensure that there is no risk of leakage or short circuit.
    • lubrication systemCheck if the lubricating oil level is within the normal range and if the oil quality is clear and free of impurities to avoid mechanical wear caused by insufficient lubrication.

For example, high oil temperature may be caused by poor heat dissipation or insufficient lubrication, and immediate shutdown inspection is required.

2、 Lubrication management

  1. Lubricating oil selection and replacement
    • Select the appropriate type of lubricating oil according to the equipment manual requirements, and avoid mixing different brands or models of lubricating oil.
    • Regularly replace lubricating oil, usually every 4-6 months, or adjust the cycle according to actual operating conditions. When replacing, clean the oil circuit to prevent old oil residue from contaminating the new oil.
  2. Lubrication point maintenance
    • Regularly add lubricating grease to lubrication points such as bearings and gearboxes to ensure adequate lubrication. Before adding, clean the area around the lubrication point to prevent impurities from entering.
    • Check whether the lubricating grease has deteriorated or hardened, and replace it promptly if there are any problems.

3、 Cleaning and maintenance

  1. Equipment surface cleaning
    • Regularly clean the surface of the equipment of oil stains, dust, and other impurities to maintain a clean appearance of the equipment. Soft fabric should be used for cleaning to avoid scratching the surface.
    • For areas prone to carbon buildup such as electric heating, it is important to clean them thoroughly to prevent carbon buildup from affecting heating efficiency or causing fires.
  2. Internal cleaning
    • Clean up residual raw materials inside the equipment after shutdown to prevent material deterioration or pipeline blockage. For example, cleaning the water in the interlayer of the steamer to avoid the accumulation of scale that affects heat transfer efficiency.
    • Regularly clean the filter screen to prevent excessive oil contamination from affecting the oil extraction efficiency and effectiveness. Blockage of the filter can lead to an increase in equipment load and even cause malfunctions.

4、 Environmental control

  1. Storage environment requirements
    • The storage environment of the equipment should be dry and ventilated to avoid corrosion and damage to the equipment caused by humid environments. A humid environment can easily cause electrical components to short circuit or metal parts to rust.
    • Avoid prolonged exposure of equipment to high or low temperature environments to prevent material aging or deformation. For example, the workshop temperature should not be lower than 15 ℃ to avoid affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
  2. Anti corrosion measures
    • Take anti-corrosion treatment on easily corroded parts (such as metal shells, pipelines, etc.), such as painting anti rust paint, galvanizing or chrome plating.
    • When used in corrosive gas environments, materials with good corrosion resistance or isolation protection measures should be selected.

5、 Regular maintenance and major repairs

    • Develop a detailed regular maintenance plan to conduct comprehensive inspections and maintenance of the equipment.     • After the major overhaul, a trial operation test is required to verify whether the various functions of the equipment are normal.

6、 Operating standards and training

  1. Operating Specifications
    • Develop detailed operating procedures, clarify the steps and precautions for equipment startup, operation, shutdown, etc. Operators must strictly follow the procedures to avoid equipment damage or safety accidents caused by unauthorized operations.
    • For example, it is strictly prohibited to touch high-temperature parts or rotating components during equipment operation; After shutdown, wait for the equipment to cool down before cleaning or maintenance.
  2. Operator training
    • Provide professional training to operators to familiarize them with equipment structure, performance, operation methods, and maintenance knowledge. 7、 Fault handling and prevention

    • Establish a fault identification and handling mechanism, classify common fault phenomena, and develop corresponding handling measures. For example, unstable data displayed on the device may be caused by loose wiring or signal interference, and it is necessary to check the wiring and eliminate the interference source.
    • For complex or untreatable faults, it is necessary to promptly contact the manufacturer or professional maintenance personnel for handling, in order to avoid disassembling and repairing on one's own, which may result in greater losses.
  2. Preventive measures for faults
    • Through daily inspections, regular maintenance and other measures, potential faults and hidden dangers can be detected and dealt with in a timely manner to prevent the expansion of faults or the triggering of chain reactions.
    • Reserve and manage vulnerable parts to ensure timely replacement and restoration of equipment operation in case of failure.
