The automatic heat cutting machine may experience various malfunctions during use. Common types of malfunctions and corresponding solutions are as follows:
1、 Power and control system malfunction
The power indicator light is not on
Possible reasons: power supply not turned on, fuse blown, power switch damaged, internal wiring leakage or short circuit.
Solution: Check if the power switch is turned on, replace the blown fuse, repair or replace the damaged power switch, and check and repair the internal wiring.
Program running abnormally
Possible reasons: low power supply voltage, poor wiring, controller or control device malfunction.
Solution: Use a multimeter to check the power supply voltage and ensure it is stable within the rated range; Check and tighten all wiring terminals; If the controller or control device malfunctions, it is necessary to contact professional maintenance personnel for replacement.
2、 Cutting component malfunction
The hot knife cannot be used for a long time
Possible causes: cylinder malfunction, circuit board malfunction, solenoid valve malfunction.
Solution:
Cylinder malfunction: Press the switch button to observe if the cylinder rebounds. If it does not rebound, the cylinder needs to be replaced.
Circuit board malfunction: If the cylinder rebounds but the hot cutting blade still does not rise, it may be a circuit board malfunction and the circuit board needs to be replaced.
Solenoid valve malfunction: If all the above checks are normal, it may be a malfunction of the solenoid valve and the solenoid valve needs to be replaced.
Local uncut film
Possible reasons: uneven sealing pressure, local damage to the sealing blade, and insufficient air pressure.
Solution: Adjust the sealing knife pressure to a uniform state, replace the damaged sealing knife, check and adjust the air pressure to the normal range.
The seal is not secure enough
Possible reasons: poor sealing, low temperature setting, short sealing time, and low air pressure.
Solution: Check and replace the sealing knife, adjust the temperature setting to the appropriate range, extend the sealing time, and adjust the air pressure to the normal range.
3、 Transmission and conveying system malfunction
Poor operation of conveyor belt
Possible reasons: The tension of the conveyor belt is too loose or too tight, and the gears of the conveyor motor are poor.
Solution: Adjust the tension of the conveyor belt to the appropriate range and replace the damaged conveyor motor gear.
The clamping belt does not move
Possible reasons: Poor clamping motor, abnormal braking part of clamping motor, too tight or too loose chain, lack of oil in transmission part, poor wiring connection.
Solution: Check and replace the clamping motor, check and repair the braking part of the clamping motor, adjust the tension of the chain to the appropriate range, lubricate the transmission part, and check and repair the circuit connection.
4、 Safety and protection device malfunction
Safety protection device misoperation
Possible reasons: The safety device is too sensitive, the safety device switch is poor, and the pressure plate of the safety device is not pressed against the switch.
Solution: Adjust the sensitivity of the safety device to an appropriate range, detect and replace the safety device switch, and adjust the pressure plate of the safety device to the correct position.
The sealing arm rises or falls on its own during the process
Possible reasons: The safety device is too sensitive, the position deviation of the aiming sensor is large, and there are dirt on the sensor surface.
Solution: Adjust the sensitivity of the safety device to the appropriate range, readjust the position of the aiming sensor, and wipe the dirt on the surface of the sensor with a soft cloth.
