The high-frequency fatigue testing machine is mainly used for fatigue performance testing or fatigue limit testing of various valve springs, clutch springs, injector pressure regulating springs, and other springs. It is suitable for online testing by manufacturers of valve springs and clutch springs, as well as for the production of engine, automotive, and motorcycle parts industries.
The structural characteristics of high-frequency fatigue testing machine:
1. Mainly used for dynamic and static testing and fatigue resistance testing of organisms, elastomers, small specimens, etc.
2. Double column frame structure, linear actuator mounted, equipped with T-shaped worktable, convenient for testing different specimens. The appearance of the testing machine has been specially treated to improve its wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and the appearance is aesthetically pleasing.

The high-frequency fatigue testing machine is used to determine the fatigue characteristics, fatigue life, and fatigue crack pre testing of metal and alloy materials (plates, bars) under tension, compression, or alternating tension compression loads.
