Jiangsu Huahang Underwater Engineering Service Co., Ltd. was established in October 2004 and is a diving qualified team of Jiangsu Huahang. There are currently 28 full-time divers and 6 qualified coaches (see attached list). There are numerous light and heavy dives (see attached table), and the equipment is excellent, advanced (imported equipment), safe and reliable. It can undertake the work of launching less than 15 people at the same time. The team is composed of full-time divers from the former Yangtou Power Station and underwater diving instructors from Hainan. The management team leader has been engaged in diving management for many years (the former director of diving team management at Yangtou Power Station), and has rich experience in team management and underwater safety knowledge. It is a team with strict management, strong technical skills, and strong responsibilities The main tasks of the team include underwater inspection, plugging, slag removal, salvage, and rescue within a depth of 60 meters; Underwater engineering includes scaffolding, welding, blasting, etc.

Since its establishment, the team has mainly been engaged in underwater slag cleaning, leak sealing, underwater gates, and arc suppression inspections for Yangtou hydropower stations in various cities; Underwater inspection and slag removal of Hudukou Hydropower Station and Pingju Hydropower Station in Songtao County; The cofferdam of Baishuiquan Hydropower Station in Dejiang County; Tail water inspection of Bapan Hydropower Station in Jiangkou County; Clearing and plugging of debris from Dongfanghong Hydropower Station and Huatanzi Hydropower Station in Sinan County, as well as salvaging of underwater accident vehicles and personnel from Wujiang River and Longdi River; The construction and dismantling of underwater structures for the Wayao River Bridge in Tongren City; Installation and removal of scaffolding for the underwater project of Longyu Bridge in Heping Town, Tongren City; Underwater sand pumping and dismantling scaffolding for Shuangzhupo Bridge in Mayang County, Hunan Province; Leak sealing of Dasha Chong Reservoir in Mayang County, Hunan Province; Salvage of vehicles in Zhuxi, Cengong County, Kaili area; Dredging of the inlet of Jiaokou Power Station in Zunyi City; Gate treatment of Diaojing Reservoir in Tongren City; Leakage prevention of Longjiang Reservoir in Wanshan Special Zone; India

Underwater inspection and gate treatment of Jiangxian Meituo Reservoir, Shuitianba Reservoir, Chenjiagou Reservoir, and Chaoyang Reservoir; Leakage prevention of Yuping Mamanpo Hydropower Station; There have been multiple underwater accidents in the Jinjiang River in Tongren, involving the salvaging of vehicles and personnel. The work has been extended to Kaili, Zhenyuan, Cengong, as well as Xinhuang, Fenghuang, Mayang and other places in Hunan.
