What are the common faults of plastic grinding machines

Plastic milling machines may experience various malfunctions during operation. Here are some common malfunctions, their causes, and solutions:
The host current increases, the machine temperature increases, and the fan current decreases:
Reason: Excessive feeding, air duct blocked by powder; The pipeline exhaust is not smooth, and the circulating airflow heats up.
Solution: Reduce the feeding amount and remove the powder accumulation in the air duct; Open the air duct valve and control the temperature of the incoming material below 6 ℃.
No powder output or low powder output, low yield:
Reason: The powder lock was not adjusted properly and the seal was not tight, resulting in powder backflow; The scraper is worn out and cannot lift the material; Air duct blockage; The pipeline leaks and the sealing is not good.
Solution: Check and adjust the sealing of the powder lock; Replace the blade with a new one; Clean the material in the air duct and re cut it; Seal the pipeline.
Finished powder too coarse or too fine:
Reason: The analysis machine blades are severely worn and do not have a grading function; The air volume of the fan is not appropriate.
Solution: Replace the blades; Appropriately reduce the intake air volume of the fan to solve the problem of being too coarse, and increase the intake air volume if it is too fine.
The host has loud noise and significant vibration:
Reason: The feeding amount is small or the main engine and transmission device have different shafts, there is no gap between the two couplings, and the anchor bolts are loose; Material hardness with high impact or no material layer; The grinding roller and ring are severely out of roundness and deformed.
Solution: Adjust the feeding amount, find the coaxiality, and adjust the gap between the two couplings; Reduce feed particle size; Replace the grinding roller and grinding ring.
Fan vibration:
Reason: Powder accumulation or uneven wear on the fan blades; The anchor bolts are loose.
Solution: Remove the accumulated powder on the blades or replace the blades; Tighten the foundation bolts.
Transmission device and analysis machine oil tank heating:
Reason: The viscosity of the engine oil is high and the oil is thick, making it difficult for the threaded pump oil to be applied, resulting in a lack of oil in the upper bearing.
Solution: Check whether the brand and viscosity of the engine oil meet the requirements; Check the direction of operation of the analyzer.
Grinding roller device feeding powder, bearing damage:
Reason: Oil break or damaged sealing ring; Long term lack of maintenance and cleaning.
Solution: refuel in a timely manner according to the prescribed time; Regularly clean and replace oil seals.
The grinding machine suddenly freezes:
Reason: Material or impurities blocking the discharge port; The V-belt is too loose, causing slippage; Low rated voltage cannot meet production needs; The screw is loose and detached, and it is stuck in the grinder.
Solution: Remove blocked materials; Adjust the elasticity of the V-belt; Check if the power supply voltage meets the requirements; Regularly check and tighten screws.
