Recently, the world's largest, highest level, professional, and representative plastic exhibition - K 2025- was held in Dusseldorf, the capital of North Rhine Westphalia in Germany, an economically developed region in Europe.
At booth 13B78, Lijin Plastic Machinery showcased a fully automated intelligent thin-walled packaging production solution mainly equipped with ELS400 electric high-speed thin-walled packaging machine, covering multiple automated production processes such as in mold labeling, precision stacking, automatic sorting, and automatic transportation. Compared to traditional production methods, it greatly saves labor costs, improves product production efficiency and capacity, and significantly reduces energy consumption, meeting the green and environmentally friendly production requirements of European enterprises.
With the implementation of new packaging regulations in Europe, the thin-walled packaging market in Europe is developing towards sustainability and diversification. The transition to plastic reduction and the rise of intelligent packaging have provided new growth points for functional plastics with special functionality and bio based materials.
Lijin Plastic Machinery has developed an advanced ELS400 electric high-speed thin-walled packaging machine, which combines high driving force servo electric and servo hydraulic technology. The opening and closing speed of the mold is over 1500mm/s, and the injection speed is up to 500mm/s. It is equipped with a new reinforced template, specialized high plasticization customized screw, double injection linear guide sliding mechanism, high drive ball screw, etc., which can meet the production requirements of thin-walled packaging with multiple cavities, create higher production efficiency, and create considerable investment returns for customers.
