working principle
Real time measurement of cutting fluid concentration is usually based on the principles of light refraction and total reflection. The instrument consists of a light source, sapphire refractor, receiver, and signal modulation circuit. The luminescent source emits a stable light signal that passes through sapphire and comes into contact with the measured medium, generating a corresponding refractive index based on the concentration of the measured medium. The light collector collects refracted light sources and calculates the refractive index, and then obtains the corresponding concentration value through data algorithms. In order to eliminate the influence of temperature on concentration measurement, the instrument also adopts internal temperature calibration technology to ensure the accuracy and stability of measurement results.
